It would probably be far easier to go above the people promoting the video and complain directly to zilla. Get them to see how harmful the bulbs are and they will stop paying to have the video promoted due to the negative publicity (remember, it's a big company, more then likely they only care about money, and they know they won't make any if people don't like them) and it will either have to be removed or remade without promoting those bulbs.
