It's hard to let them go...

Because I'm moving to Arizona in 4 weeks from Michigan, I can only keep my 2 CWDs and my fiance's french lop bunny (she'd have a fit if I gave that away...I'm lucky I get to at least keep my CWDs and I love Moses the bunny too!)

But, I had to get rid of a yellow gecko, 2 beautiful siamese fighting fish, a giant hermit crab, and tomorrow I'm giving my siberian hamster away .

Even when I donated my giant hermit crab to one of the pet stores, I stayed there for 20 mins watching him crawl and climb in his new home at the store.

I love my little hamster. It's gonna be another tough day tomorrow, but that'll be the last of my pets that I have to let go.

I can't wait to get a bigger place some day and add to my current family once again.

Gerardo, sorry to hear that, it always is hard to let them go no matter how long you've had them. As long as they are in good homes and you'll know they'll be watched over theres nothing to worry about. Plus once you get settled you'll have room for your wishlist

Thanks for your encouragement. The guy I gave it to instantly fell in love with the little' rascal, and it's for his daughter. He reassured me that they'll take good care of him.

So that was the last of my pets that I had to let go. I'm happy with the ones I get to keep, and look forward some day to the ones I'll be able to get.
