new here, what is a tokay? my gf (bittybabe86 on these forums) owns a leo and had such an experience. her leo screamed at her a couple times, strangely he never does it to me when I pick him up lol. also, about the biting, it doesnt hurt lol. ive been bitten before, hardly any pressure, and knda funny (but u shouldnt antagonize one..... i experienced the biting in elementary school when I was not mature enough for herp ownership (disclaimer((btw, i like parenthases)))


btw, the screaming is a little unnerving coming from such a small animal. last time I saw it was a month or so ago but I can remember it perfectly. toby was not happy lol

A tokay is a type of gecko from SE Asia. Nasty little buggers!
And the first time my leo screamed at me it took me totally off guard, even though I knew they could do it. It was when I first got it as a hatchling and I accidently frightened it. Hasn't done it since.
