Posting pics?
I figured out how to attach thumbnail pics to my posts, but I can't figure out how to post pics within the text of a post. Do I use the "Insert Image" icon? That asks for a URL, and my pics are not online, but are on my hard drive. How does that "My Photos" Insert on the right of my post editing window work? I tried it but didn't get anywhere. Thanks in advance for any tips.
I think I'm becoming a herper! This place is growing on me. What a great community! Amy |

Rich summed it up for you Amy. I prefer using a hosting site (photobucket.com). ANd I too am glad you enjoy the site. We work hard to make it so .

So it looks like to put an image in the body of my post, the image needs to be hosted on another website? I've put one of mine up on Photobucket, so let's see if this experiment works...

Amy, you can also up load them to the gallery here and add them to your posts to show up.

Hello,
At the top of the screen there is a link called "Gallery". We also host images for our members just like photobucket does! You can click the link that says "upload" on the page that loads when you click the gallery and a new gallery will be created under your screenname. |
