Today we did my iggys tail operation. My mom and dad did it while I was at school so I don't know if he was o.k. with it. Post pics when my mom comes home.

So he leaves the picture taking to me.... the procedure took longer to set up then to actually to the procedure. He did better then I thought, we wrapped him in a towel to keep him calm. He is doing very well. Maybe pictures will be posted tomorrow. I don't want to stress him any more. He isn't a happy camper from the move and the procedure..

I'm glad to hear everything went well. I hope it heals up just as well.

Yeah, just keep a close eye on the open end and keep it clean. After the initial removal of Dizzy's tail tip it began to die again and the day before I was going to snap it off again (this time a little higer) him and I got into a bit of a power struggle that involved him whipping the wall next to the bath tub and breaking the tip ff again, it healed better when he took the tip off himself than when I let a professional do it!
