Herp Center and the HC Network is celebrating its second year of existance on the net! We want to thank everyone that has made it such a great year.

Herp Center went through some major changes this year and we hope that we have successfully made the site a better and more informative place for our users.

Hello,

This year was great! The HC Network expanded the means in which we spread information, we expanded our member base, added additional features to the site, and generally had a great time doing it!

The internet is an interesting place. There is an abundance of information and a number of different medias in which you can receive it. With the amount of reptile sites on the net, we knew initially that HC was going to be a drop in the bucket in this sea of information. Over the past two years, we have managed to not only stay afloat, but we have taken over harbors and our masts are tall.

Some of the most respected sites on the internet have links leading to HC and we have seen a flush of new members joining and old members becoming active again. A great amount of gratitude is extended to our members for making a great deal of this very easy for us. We have only 9 users banned from the HC Network for inappropriate behavior! That means that the members have done their part and are being respectful of one another and are not pushing the new users away with needless bashing. We thank you for that!

So what can you expect in the upcoming year? MORE More expansion, more caresheets, more information, more users, more activity, and yes, AT LEAST 2 new sites! (Both are already in the works!)

In addition to the new sites, we are also adding a non-profit section to the HC Network. I don't want to reveal too much information on this just yet, but things are rolling in the background and some new means of retrieving information are in the works.

Thanks for making the past 2 years great and I look forward to serving you over the next year!
