If I announce what they are, how they will work, etc., they might end up doing the same thing before we have a chance to finish them. Once I have one specific feature complete, I will invite some people over to begin playing with it. I will need to make sure it works as intended and I will need to monitor the server load. The second site is going to be a completely different approach to things. It doesn't even have a forum. ;D
