Just an update on the crew

I fell like I haven't been posting much, I guess because for the moment all is well in the herp room.

The Dune Geckos are eating and healthy though they haven't made any new babies yet

American toads seem to be fat and content ( but not to fat they do still move )

Red spotted newts are good, one had a lump on his head that her scraped open before I could get in touch with the vet, but I quarantined him on moist paper towels and applied neosporin and he's making a speedy recovery.

Zair the Iguana is a pain, but I still love him, he's still freaking about being handled but has no problem coming to me when he wants food.

The Saharan Uros seem ok george isnt interested in sharing his home with the girls so i'll have to rearrange things and try again.

Tonka the box turtle seems happy she lives in a 3x2 foot tort table at the moment with a plastic paint pan as a water dish and peatmoss to dig in, I ordered her a reptile UV MVB so I hope that arrives soon. she gets her exercise by chasing down crickets (who new a turtle could move that fast?)

The Bearded Dragons are great except for their avid refusal to reproduce, is it to late in the year to brumate them?.

Milly the anole seems good she drinks, eats, basks, and hides wonderfully from me.

Baron the Leo seems to be enjoying the addition of mealworms to his diet, he gets about half crix half mealies and picks them off as he wants from a small glass bowl

Icarus the Mali Uro is a little fatty always begs to come out and will climb right up my arm if I put my hand in the cage.

Twinky is my only Blue tailed tree lizard left, they seem fragile until there establish, that sets back breeding attempts for those guys.

Dropsy, my rescued african clawed frog is doing well. great appetite like to swim around and no signs of bloat, she's been in a bare bottom tank for a long time since she was sick so I think I might start decorating it for her.

Boogie and Riptide Raisen have moved into a 20 long together after I decided the boogie wouldnt eat raisen, and im thinking about putting 1-2 mystery snails in with them.

Cash the RES love her 120gal tank it must be great for her to finally have the room a turtle needs, I can imagine how it must have been for her living in a 30 gallon before I got her. she now has lots of anacharis which she loves to eat, a few fish that have escaped her wrath, and hopefully snail will also be added to her diet if I can manage to not get attached to them all.

My Fish tank is stable, the guppies are making babies which in turn will go to Cash and my friends that want guppies. the pair of rosy minnows seem happy to live with the guppies. my banjo catfish hides and eats and get annoyed when the new snails push him around
I bought some mystery/apple snails that are just bulldozing around the tank eating algea, exploring the driftwood and trying to make babies

oh and the dogs, good, annoying when they bark at nothing though, and stinky, they need to go to the groomers for a bath phew stinky dogs
