That manner of drawing is a very common appearance to cobra tats. I have seen a lot of different flash in that position.

Lovely tattoo - I sooooo want another but my hubby don't like them
I am thinking of asking him for one for my birthday (he can't say no them lol) I want a nice little lizard with some plants on my foot

Actually Rich, the most pain is in the outline as it is done with a single or triple needle. The shading and coloring is done with an 8 to 14 set of needles so the multiple needles somewhat dull the pain.

lol - what Fran should have said is the outline hurts like crazy so by the time they do the filling - you are so numb that you can't feel it anyway !!!!!
For my large rib tattoo the guy used a sinlge needle for the outlines (which there were tonnes of), an 8 set for the colour work and then another single to add all of the detail work OUCH!!!!

Thanks all...well my fiance doesnt like them either, he wasn't too keen on me having this done, but I can sulk well, lol, he was there to watch me have it done too make sure it was just a wee little one.
