I purchased a mercury vapor lamp from big apple herp, and it blew out within 4 days of gettign it home!!! I shipped it back to them for a new one and the 2 other mercury vapor lamps conviently blew out theat very same day so I ordered 2 more but they are just going to ship them with my replaced one..which could take up to 2 weeks...I wasnt able to find any from petco or petsmart (go figure) so I was wondering where you giuys get yours from?

Are you sure it blew out?? I know if you turn them off and turn them on right away again they need like 15 minutes to start up again....could this be the problem??? just a thought....Lyn

I did I gave it 20 mins to start up again, and I did it 2 times that day..so that wasnt it
