Battle Hardened Crickets
I have fixed up my habitat just the way I liked it and also was most pleasing to my AFT. I have some plants in it and two hides, one of which has moss in it that is always wet and through out the floor of the habitat I crushed up some sphangum moss and sprinked the bottom with a fine layer on top of the reptile carpet. And it really looks good (I was going for the natural forest floor look). Well now when I put crickets in the habitat they scamper to the vegitation and hide I only put 3 crickets in it because that is all she eats. Now she only eat 2 and sometimes 1 because I don't think she likes to climb, but last night she did and it looked like she was on a high wire act holding on for dear life and the cricket was directly under her about a half inch from her nose, and ended up without no cricket and it was in there this morning. I think the place that I buy my crickets show them a training video of how to avoid getting eaten, I know its natural for them to hide, I'm just being stupid. What do I do to help her catch these battle hardened crickets?

I agree that it may be benficial to get a separate small tank with no habitat in it and feed her in that. You can always just feed her 2 crix in there and put the other into her habitiat to encourage her to learn how to effectively follw and catch them. My Yemen, Goerge was having the same problem with the crix - they would just hide in stupid places and stay there until they died of starvation rather than make a run for it. I have ended up swapping him onto small locusts instead. They are slightly more stupid than the crix and by no means as fast (or ugly lol). He still doesn't take many of them (maybe 2 or 3 every couple of days) but I supplement his diet with small mealies, the odd waxworm and greens. Both of these are good options for you to think about. Good luck
