Does it never end???

You would think that after almost 60 yrs of keeping herps these things wouldn't happen. NOT... Same old story. Becca didn't have the enclosure top locked right. (Give you a clue?) Right now we have two yellow rat snakes loose in the house. By this time it's no real biggie. We'll just wait for the dog to be growling. At least they won't be hungry for awhile as they each ate on Sunday.

lol, i found a baby corn in my backyard once and I decided to keep him for a bit so I kept him in my room in a 20 gallon with some lights and one of the light cables was in the tank and I didnt realize it, lol...i guess the little guy crawled up it somehow well I turned my room upside down looking for the little guy the whole time he was inside one of my sweaters that was next to the tank..i laugh about it now but at the time I had a cat that liked to chase anything that moves
