From a shy baby to a trusting snake

I would like to know how you experience your snakes' live, from baby to adult.Do you see a change in behaviour (in a good or bad way)?

F.ex.when I fed my sinaloan milk "Sina" tonight she was pretty relaxed when I handled her and she took her pinky rat while still wrapped around my wrist. But I put her in the feeding box to eat it.
Then I thought about that little worm she was back in January, when I got her; all frightened and rattling all the time while she ate and I stepped too close to her feeding box.And now she became that beautiful wild animal which lets me watch up close while she eats and doesn't rattle anymore.
This is such a wonderful feeling and I would love to hear your stories .Aren't snakes just one of the greatest creatures on earth?!!

when my snakes were babies they hid alot since they thought everything was out to get them. since they got used to me handling them they always want out. as soon as I open the lid to my snow's tank and he's out of his hide he likes to come out all on his own. they all especially love to explore my floor and find out just where they can get to.

That sounds great DM! I like it when snakes come out by themselves,it showes a lot of trust.
Did yours rattle a lot when they were babies?Isn't that a great feeling when they start to trust you?

My snakes tend to get much more confident and adventurous as adults. I love putting all the work into a pathetic little terrified neonate, and watching it grow into a confident adult who's preferences and quirks I know. Jacky is right... it is such a wonderful feeling when they finally figure out that you don't want to eat them every time you pick them up, lol.
