Two days ago I was on the train for home,and suddenly every single train in Switzerland wasn't moving-no electricity at all ,but thank God only for the railways!
But I needed 3 hrs instead of 1 to get back home,and it was VERY hot!!
I then was grateful that it didn't happen at a time when I brought home one of my snakes .I was grateful they were home save.I couldn't stop thinking about what would have happened if I bought a snake that day and would have to squeeze in a bus like sardines in a can,with sauna- like temperatures.I think I would have paniced!And the long waiting!
Just wanted to tell you this story,and I hope you never have to experience this,because it was a terrible experience for me-I just wanted to get home and soak in a cool bath!

Jacky, if you were transporting a snake, you could always hijack the bus at "snake point"

I saw that mess on the news and was SOOOOOO glad I wasn't on one of those trains!! It was REALLY hot and humid that day -- you must have been miserable!!

I was very miserable ,Andrea! I was so glad that a woman I met on the train phoned up her husband to pick us up at the place where I usually need to change from train to bus.Otherwise I would have had 4 hrs. to get home,because the buses went still on schedul and that would have meant for me to wait half an hour until the bus left.This annoyed me VERY much!
