Good deed paid off!
This is to those of you who remember when I posted about the nest of killdeers I saved from being crush by cars in a parking lot. The eggs hatched today I managed to catch a baby, take a pic and let it go. (don't worry the "if you touch it the parents will kill it" thing is a myth) The parents went right back to the fledgling as soon as I let it back go.
This kind of thing is what makes it all worthwhile. [IMG]  [/IMG]
