Recon Sleeping with a Mouse!!!!

Okay so Recon has been in his hunting mode all over the cage for a few days. Last night I cleaned out his poop and he did eveything he could to try to get to my hand. When I fed Scout, Recon was all alert and striking at nothing because of the smell of the mouse (i think). So tonight he got a mouse, he was all excited and in classic striking pose, smelled him and followed him around from the perches up high. (that's what I love about GTPs, they're not on the ground so no worries with animals) So long story short after an hour of me sitting here thinking about a thousand things they both fell asleep in the cage! Recon curled back up and the @%$#^& mouse dug a little nest and curled up underneath Recon!!!!!!!!! Now I have to clean out the whole cage tomorrow because I hate mice Thinking I'll feed him to Scout because he's all over the place with his tongue going every which way looking for food with the scent in the air....

They're gorgeous but somewhere along the road I went wrong with him...
