lol, thanks guys Yeah, art is my other passion. I've been getting requests to put some stuff up that people can see, so I finally got around to taking pics. I've got a few other pieces I've still gotta put on the site too. One of these YEARS I'd love to finish that jaguar piece.

I've only sold a very small amount of my pieces. I sold a colored pencil rendering of a cougar once, and the bullfrog painting. Other than that, I've done a few for gifts (my grandpa's birthday is today, so he's getting some art). As for making prints or selling any of these pieces, I've definately thought about it. Anyone know how I'd go about doing that? Most of the pet ones won't ever be up for sale though, but maybe if I made copies.

As for the vine snake, she's gorgeous One of my favorite species. I've got pics, just gotta get them up.

That all changed. I'm moving to Maryland now. My plane takes off Saturday morning.

That stinks! I was looking forward to meeting you. Oh well, I hope you enjoy Maryland. Will you be able to bring ALL your critters?

Unfortunately, not all. I'll still be living in a dorm. I should be allowed to keep a few small lizards or amphibians though.

That's a shame Matt,. will your family take care of them again for you? Good luck, and definately start selling some artwork! - I'm first in line for a one-off by an up-and-coming Da Vinci!

Yup, my sister and brother will continue to "hold down the fort" for me. This summer if I can, I'll come back up for a few days and bring a few pets back down with me. The majority will have to stay, but maybe the OFBTs and Ivy can come down. More if I'm lucky.

I only just now seen your thread and your artwork is just fantastic.
You should start to send some examples to galleries. That's how I do it with my art!

lol, cool. Never thought about a gallery. I didn't think much of my stuff was that great, but I'm my biggest critic too. I can always spot something in it that I shoulda worked on more or done differently. Recently I got bored so I started drawing a collage of Calvin and Hobbes stuff. I'd put more pics on my site but I've used up the allowed amount. I need to start paying to get a premium site, but I don't have a credit card.
