thanks all of you for your support. i promise the first chance I get to post pics of the Bearded Dragon and the snake I will. i have ordered all of my shirts--all black...now I just have to figure out which designs to put on which sizes.

i have decided to sell the shirts at the herp show for $12. i will sell for $10 to you guys though, i swear I couldn't have done it without you! if you show up at the show, lemme know who you are and I will give you the amazing discount!!! *grin* i'll be the one with all the shirts...

and I know this is totally the wrong forum for this, i will start up a thread in the classifieds once I get pics of all the designs so I can post them all together, but I am absolutely up for advance orders (for the show) and I will ship, if anyone is interested.

thanks again, you guys rock,

lola

I do some shirt painting myself and I always paint on black. Of course almost all of my t shirts are black anyway!
It makes for a great contrast with the colored paint and if you work it right you can actually use the black as shadow area in more detailed work.

WOW merlin, that's beautiful! unbelievable!!! i can't figure out how you did it though...so clean...did you use stencils and an airbrush? i have an airbrush i've never tried to use...i'm afraid of it...

i'm very green when it comes to all this...i'm not even much for painting. my mediums are charcoal and chalk pastels. i'm up for any pointers!
