Wheat Grass
Hi, I would like to know if anyone is using wheat grass for their lizard or gecko's? Epecially Iguana's and other non-insectivore's.
You know the wheat grass you get at your local pet shop.
Does anyone know the benifits or do they cause digestive problems?
Thanks - stano40

That stuff has caught my eye as well. However after looking down inside it I found what looked like some sort of fungus growing in it.
I wouldn't chance it.

What they are talking about is a little tub of growing greens. It looks like grass. Its also available in catnip. The stuff I looked at didn't look very healthy and you could see mychorriza (sp) down inside it.

Oh, in that case: I grow my own, all you have to do is put the seeds in a shallow bowl of tap water and place in sunlight. The grass will germinate in a few days and the tap water provides all the nutrients you need.
