He'd better not! I know he's scared of me but he also knows I'm scared of him so maybe he isn't as dumb as I sometimes insist he is. He has learned that his two best defense mechanisms are squirming and looking scary so he has never resorted to hissing, biting, or releasing bowels when captured (yet).

On another note I think colubrids and boids have different ideas about going at inoppurtune times. By virtue of the fact that colubrids can go more often I think they adhere to the "yuck-my-cage-is-clean" school of thought where as the boids have to be more conservative, since they have limited resources to work with, thus they stick to the "I'm-going-to-dirty-the-just-cleaned-cage-to-be-a-wart" philosophy
