Re: Man V. Komodo Dragon

I have always wanted to get up close and personal with a komodo, but I don't think I want to get that up close and personal, lol.

I am glad no one was hurt, including the dragons!

Of all the places to be marooned! You've got these predators that are as about as big as you are and they have a million and one diseases in their mouths.

Shoot, that would have been awesome in a way. To get stranded on an island that you couldn't go to on purpose. It's an off-limits park. Komodos in their natural habitat--awesome. Of course watching them feed on your buddy would be a downside.

Well if you had some vienna sausages you could distract the komodos with those since you are too hoity toity to eat them yourself.

Re: Man V. Komodo Dragon

They would probably spit them out too! Then eat me just out of sheer anger that I tried to feed them that junk, lol.

Re: Man V. Komodo Dragon

Well, it could have been worse, there could have been a diver killed by the dragon then who knows what the headlines would read. "Man Eating Beast Attacks Local Divers in Distress"

I would think the person running the dive shop would be a Master Scuba Diver, or a Dive Master and would know better, but that would be on of those assumptions that can get you into trouble.
