Well.. I was talking to dad about christmas and I told him I want either a cave dwelling rat snake or a dumeril's boa. I know there's a big difference between the two, but I just can't decide.

Any suggestions?

For even more temptation and support for the dumerils here are our pair, Phoenix and Ramuh Dumerils are lovely snakes, I've no experience with the rat snake, although we do own a yellow rat and a royal diadem - both are extremely different snakes! They both tend to be quite wirey, although Timone, the yellow rat, is crossed with a corn so he has the corn temperament mixed into him. HissyPuff, the royal diadem rat, is exactly as his name suggests! Good luck with whichever you choose! - what a great Christmas present!
