Good News!

About 3 months ago my Red Tegu managed to separate the screening off of the top of his cage, and escaped into the basement. By now I had written him off as either dead or escaped into the yard. Today, he skittered out from under the refrigerator (a place we checked at least 3 times!)... he's a little skinny but seems to be ok. His cage was filled with two lacertas but I just happened to have an empty 75 gallon that will hold him for a bit. This time around I will make sure everything on his enclosure locks so it cant happen again, I was really bummed and thought I had lost him.

Re: Good News!

Wow, congrats on finding him! Three months is a long time for a lizard to be gone.
