Not a nice thing to watch. Can't blame the snake though.

Re: Read This :(
Sounds like the family should have paid more attention to their dog and kept it out of harms way. Was this a pet snake or wild? Where was the dogs bed? Questions they didnt address.

Re: Read This :(
sounds like a wild snake to me since they are going to relocate it to the bush. Stupid family should have called animal control when they found it in the dogs bed. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.

Re: Read This :(
Scrub Python is native to Australia. They get quite big. Since they saw it in the dogs bed..hello anybody home. Should have known it was hunting the dog.

Re: Read This :(
I had read that earlier, actually. It's horrible for a couple of kids to see their pet get eaten like that, but I can't figure out why someone with small children didn't call to get a 16 foot snake removed in the first place, especially if it was hanging around for 3 or more days. They were really fortunate he was stalking the dog and not one of the kids.

Re: Read This :(
Youd think they would be more concerned since they have small children and all...
