It's the standard issue that came with the Yahoo DSL from SBC.
Now that I think about it, the same issue exists with some of the pictures that are posted.

Make that AT&T Yahoo!
SBC is the local carrier.

Merlin, when was the last time you updated the Yahoo browser? It could be your browser has a newer version.
