Happy Birthday! (hope insurance is paying for that new van!)

They are........ they ended up totalling out my van as there was over 13 grand worth of damage,, you could never tell by looking at it though, apparently when she hit me she did a lot of damage to the frame and the motor shifted in front causing all kinds of issues with it,, so they cant fix it. I finally settled for the van and got the check yesterday, I just bought that van too,,,ughhhh, lol. Her mother actually settled out of court for Oscars bill and she reimbursed me for that,,, so now to just wait for all the medical bills to come rolling in for my kids and I. My oldest daughter got her stitches out last week from the back of her head,, but she is fuming though because they had to shave part of her hair to do it,,, poor kid, lol. My oldest son has not been allowed to wrestle and probably will not be able to finish the season because of his neck. Their insurance is trying to say that could have happened in football........ohh please,,,, so I dont deal with them anymore my insurance agent does. Another lesson on why I will NOT let me teenagers drive in rush hour traffic on an interstate by themselves.
