Turkey for thanksgiving? Heck no, the table is usually adorned with a nice rack of moose.  It was the hottest thanksgiving day on record. Should have been at the beach instead.

MMMMmm,Venison! I'm so jealous! If you could send me some somehow, I could send you back some Kick Butt Moose Chili. I love to make chili with venison from White Tail Deer that we have down here. My recipe is a slight variation of Texas style Chili although there is plenty of debate on just what true "Texas Style" chili is.

moose??? Are you serious??? Yuck!!!!!!LOL. As far as venison I have only had it once and I would have bet a cooked shoe would have tasted better, lol Yucky!!!!

Venison Steaks with wild coral mushrooms sauteed in butter and garlic is our traditional first camping meal of the year. Amazing, amazing stuff!

Hey now don't mix up deer meat and moose meat. I've never had moose but venison I don't mind if it's smoked. Now bear meat is good.
