Thats "apparently low cost". I think they are just talking about initial purchase price.

I don't know about in the UK but in the US you can get a baby ig for a few bucks and some dealers will tell you that all you need is a 10 gallon tank a heat rock and to feed them lettuce.
Of course we know that they are lying out their,.....
