Boy Scouts.
I did a conservation program today for the local boy scouts banquet. I brought many native snakes and turtles this year but also brought a cobra or two. You should have seen the looks on everybody's face when I brought out my 6 ft Monocled cobra. It went really well..

I also do demos when every possible but I have a captive audience of about 560 elementary school kids. Who can't wait for Mrs. Boyd to bring in her next critter. LOL It is fun to work with the kids. Pictures if you have them!

Indeed! I like seeing photos of young people as they discover the fascination of reptiles!
It sure beats having their attitudes molded by the "Only good snake is a dead snake" crowd!

My experiences so far have been kids crowding way up close and parents standing waaaaaay back ....once in a while there are some brave ones or they own what I bring with me ...but most stay out of range of even remotely getting close to touching a lizard, snake or tarantula .....
