Shipping reptiles
I know that shipping reptiles has become difficult within the US. Does anyone know how to do this and how to go about doing it?
To further muck things up does anyone know what would be involved or if it is possible to ship 2 BDs from Ontario Canada to the people's republic of Illinois?

Forget about it. You need to apply for a license. All the paperwork will take up to 6 months.

Don't know about shipping from Canada either but if they can get to be, I can ship them on to you. I'm just across the bridge from Sarnia.

Most people won't even bother unless the value is over $1000. I've looked into it recently.

You will have to book an appt for an inspection at the border as well. $75. Need documented proof of the reptiles species as well.
