well we were watching tv about anacondas and I was wondering do they or and constrictor tighten more when the prey breathes in or out ??? i think its when they breathe in, but im not sure...

Yep..when the prey exhales they tighten up making it harder for it to inhale

exhale, tighten is pretty much the rule with constricting, thats how it works pretty much and why the prey dies so quickly.

With all constrictors when the prey exhales, they tighten. This prevents the preys body from expanding to take in another breath and they suffocate.
