Ok, maybey a little off. But About how much would crickets, small tanks, lights, cage accessories, and vet checks cost? I never said that it was not fun and rewarding. Just costs alot.

Moldy, although I understand your point - that the cost of hatching and rearing babies can be expensive - it hasn't reached that expense when we have bred our dragons, unless you add every breeding and rearing together. You should not expect to make a profit when breeding Bearded Dragons, or any animal in fact, because you don't really make anything, if you account for the food costs, set up costs and electricity costs, especially when you add on the costs that you have spent on the rest of your collection to get to breeding point. But unless you are feeding a clutch of 10-30 baby dragons hundreds of crickets per day then you are not going to put yourself so much out of pocket. Expense is an important factor, but 311 is no where near breeding Sierra yet, just putting her in her new home.
