I love it - the wavy lines instead of boring old square shapes are really nice

Giving me ideas for my next build lolol

Very Nice looking rack!
How difficult is it to access the tanks for feeding cleaning etc?

to clean

easy to open the front is on a 48 inch long hinge so it open like a door also has a side lock on it , the shelves are tall enough to allow me to reach in each tank I do use a chair to get into the top tank as I am not real tall,
here is a photo of the frame after I welded it up , the models showing it off are my daughter on the right and her pal.......

Cool! I was wondering if you had to swing it around and get into it from the back the hinged front is a great idea!

Hello,

The hinge idea is great. I asked myself the exact same question Merlin asked. lol

If you get bored one of these days, you could even expand on the idea and add "sliders" to each bay. Toss the tanks on the sliding shelves, and when you open it up you can slide the tanks forward to give yourself even easier access! lol

here is a photo of the door, I really like the idea of sliding rail to pull tanks out, where were you when I made this! I will be making another as we are expecting some tiger sals to arrive soon , so maybe can make the suggested changes on the new rack any more ideas before I head to the drafting table .........
