i know I wanna go 6 ft long? maybe 6 ft tall?, and maybe you think 2-4ft wide? now I create a plexi tub to pull out and clean? use some pegboard around the sides? but have a heavey metal or screen door. pegboard so he can climb? i see he likes run aorund, so I need space now create a shelf to be i'd about 8-10 inches from the bulb? they have add a shelf for birds or large for chichillas? how does this sound. this is in my head, have I missed anything?

Most pegboard is made very cheaply and will mold when the humidity you require is in the air.

You would be better off having a solid floor,sides,and top (with vents). The "face" or front (where the door could be) could be made of plexi and wood. The solid sides will give a sense of security and the "door" would be ideal for viewing. This type of setup would also help keep the ambient humidity higher.

Check out the article in the "How to Guides" called Water Dragon palace. Something similar on a smaller scale could be created to make the basking spots and climbing locations.

i looked at it, but in a 6 ft enclosure hard to include a tub and the defined materials in it. i am still working this out in my head and mentioning as I go by to my hubby. thanks.

What does the humidity need to be at? i am at 60% in the house.
