Terrace i made

I made a terrace out of an aquarium rock like shelf that I had laying around for my Leopard Geckos. Just wanted to share it.

Since taking the picture I have added some slate and gravel to the top of it the girls seem to really like it

Thats a unique idea. I am curious, what size tank is that and what is in that hide? (It's very green, lol)

I like it, it doesn't look that high and Jerri likes to climb on top of his moist tub and sleep there or his log, he always sleeps out in the open, bet he would love one of those, although Oscar is a more underground individual and sleeps hidden more than out in the open..

It is a 20 gallon long tank, That hide is their moist hide and that green stuff is moss.

the terrace is only 4 inches off the "deck" as for climbing yup my girls do climb that high the main purpose is a baskin spot and just a place to chill out.

In a 3 dimensional environment you will see more natural behaviours and more activity.

The terrace looks great, Ryan (of course, I'd seen it already... hehehe) Cleo likes to climb too... she actually jumps to the lid... silly girl. She likes to try and climb up the glass wall.. lol... I would love to give her a 20g tank... let's see how I sort out my cages in the future to see if I can offer her that. 8)

Good luck pad with that. I know my girls make full use of all of their tank.
