They say it can be applied over green concrete because it allows the concrete to breathe. I just drained the pool and checked it out. It looks like the concrete didn't seal against the drain I have, which is PVC pipe. I should've thought about that before..crap. I think I'll get a little west sytem and use it to seal the drain. Does epoxy bond to PVC?
