150 gr will do fine. If you can set it outside while drying it will cure much faster. Water based products cure reasonably fast but I would wait about a week to be on the safe side.

Looks real good. Nice job. What will the holes in the doors be for. If it's just for more ventilation don't worry about it. You already have plenty.

Door handles. Or maybe I could use brown handles on the sides. or just to holes if you really think thats enought ventilation

Yeah too mmany holes will just make it harder to keep the humidity in. If the sliding doors are glass you'll want the handles on the sides in the center. It will make the weight if the doors easier to control when sliding.
