While Igor is correct and has an awesome enclosure in the works right now. Using the epoxy probably isn't really necessary for a your application. It will aprox double the cost.

And do I need to add the water resistant mortar? cuz tokay need to be moist or am I wrong?

Regular mortar should be fine for a Tokay. They don't have extreme humidity requirements.

Hi I was wondering if I want to add a waterfall, do I need to add epoxy resin? and should I make like a little pond or a a little slope in the terrarium floor?
