That's why I want to keep it, it's so cool. I read that females keep it and in males it goes away... but I can't find any info on how to house them and keep them as pets, so I thinkI'll have to let it go. 8(

Care should be like most other small lizards. Since they are a small gecko, a 10 gal should be fine. Considering their size and home range the care should be pretty much the same as with green and brown anoles. Only major difference would be there's no UVB required.

Nope, Puerto Rico. Right inside my room... I had to catch it anyway or it was going to die. I'm still debating whether to keep it or not... I offered him/her some pinheads, but hasn't eaten. I'm leaning toward releasing. 8)

i think most people here know how I feel about taking animals from the wild and keeping them for any period of time longer than just to nurse a sick animal to health. Such a small little guy, and he hasn't eaten. Let him free back where you found him, i just cant stand for people to take animals from their natural home and try to keep them. It's just not natural and in most cases the animal just refuses to eat and dies. I know you mean well and you don't want to harm him, but if you want what's best for him, let him go back to his home.
Hope it all turns out ok,
