well from everything I read at first got me thinking it could be an anole, but since you posted the pictures I no its a gecko, the best thing I can tell you is to take it to the vet and get it a bigger terrarium, and give it some time, also give it plenty of water so that it will have enough to drink.

My middle son's high school band just sold Citrus Fruit from Florida. I guess they found a "lizard" in the semi trailer. The poor little thing must have froze its behind off getting to Michigan. So I guess you can find these critters where you least expect them.

Yeah, here in florida you see them (in all sizes) everywhere you look.
My frog loves it.
