Male of female...how can I tell for sure?

My fiance and I just recently became really interested in lizards when a family member of mine brought a Green Anole home with them from Georgia. They gave her to us and that's how it started. We now have 3 anoles, a house gecko, a tree frog and a firebelly toad...along with a baby Water Dragon and also my Fat Tailed Gecko. My question is this...I've managed to do some research and find out what sex every one of them is, except my AFT. How can I tell if it's a male or a female? I've been calling "her" a female since I got her, but I'm not sure. Anyone know how to tell? Clue me in, please!!!!

Hello,

Unless I am mistaken, they can be sexed just like a leopard gecko. If that is the case, you need to look just above the vent for femoral pores. if you see a row of clear "dots" running in a "v" shape, you have a male. If they are hard to see, or not there at all, you would have a female. You should also look just below the vent for a "bulge". This is where the hemipene is stored. If it has a "bulge", it is a male. Hope this helps though I don't know if this works for the AFT's.
