U. phantasticus something to Tick you off |
| This is what our member has to say: It's kinda like a doctor or nurse who will hold a child down to give them a shot. I don't think so...... |

I called the vet yesterday afternoon, and left a message with the receptionist stating that "I'll know there's nothing that can be done now, but I had spoken with a few others in the trade and the broken egg was likely, not defiantly, the result of handling the gecko and should the Dr. run into any other uroplatus that he should use extreme care" Granted the conversation was longer then that but that was the long and short of it. About an hour the vet called me back to say he felt bad, and gave a few reason why else the egg could have broken, then re-informed me that he wasn't going to pick her up until I told him to go ahead (which I did), oh well, whats done is done. I have bigger problems she really hasn't eaten like the other 3 have.
The "other" place I frequent told me to skip the sparse quarantine enclosure and don't medicate, these are individuals who have nearly wrote the book on Phants so . . . we're going to put together some 10's on their sides with plants. Hopefully she decides to eat before bad things happen.
