:Well on the advice from Merlin[thanks again!] I decided it was time to introduce my Garter snake Flash, to the wonders of mice! I went and bought 2 frozen pinkie mice. After warming them I wiggled them, and teased her with them, and she just looked at me like I was crazy! I remembered that sometimes you need to scent them like there normal prey, but I didn't have any. After some thought, I remembered that I had a can of tuna so I dipped the mice and blotted them dry. When I put them in the cage, she went nuts and scarfed them down! Who knew that tuna juice would be such a big hit! All I can say is eeewwww! lol

LOL! At least she took it!
Next time try without the tuna oil.

That was clever thinking! I do hope it was water-packed, but if not...you can always keep a can around just for scenting and mix it (after draining for the juice of course!) with oiled for your own preference.
