You could try your local garden and home improvement stores they may have some of the more common spec. available spring is the best time to look. There are lots of on line sellers that are really good I have some coming in from France. In the states there are alot of really good Gardens that also sell on line. I would recommend California Carnivores for plants and their Book The Savage Garden. But you should be able to find a few in the PA area even if you have them shipped.

I routinely see Venus Fly Traps, and a few other carnivorous plants in garden shops, even at Lowes!
They sell them in little dixie cup type containers with a plastic bubble on them to protect them.
