i personally despise world of warcraft. a friend of mine plays it and its all she talks about. it just goes on and on. every conversation is about it, every subject that gets brought up is about it and she disappears for 3 hours while doing some stupid quest or something. its extremely annoying and many times she doesn't feel like hanging out or anything because she just HAS to play and level up! i don't see the big whoop about it. i hate games that go on like that anyway. it drives me nuts. i don't see the greatness about spending 7+ hours playing it. or having it take up entire days after work and weekends.
but thats just my opinion and I rarely blow off steam so I needed that! thanks! 
i do like our wii though

i also can't wait for super smash to be out. that looks so fun and I love the super smash for the gamecube, i still have that and enjoy playing even though I stink at it lol

Not me. I'm a huge RPG gamer. Hey, I'm a reader. I definitely need a good story to keep me interested. My game library is overwhelmingly full of them. It's harder to find quality RPGs now, though. It seems like either the story aspect has been compromised in favor of graphics, or the game is a dark horror story. (Not a big fan of the horror for the sake of horror stuff.)
Although, lately because of time constraints, I have been playing a lot of guitar hero and games like Mario Galaxy, which you can play in small increments. By the way, Liz, I like it - it's fun and interesting. But it can get just a little annoying as you get farther along. 
I started on the newest Metroid long ago. I've been a big fan since the first game. Not liking that it's basically just turned into a first person shooter, though. I really dislike those.
I, also, can't wait for Super Smash Brawl! It's been pushed back twice now. The first time was to add to the game, but this last time was a distribution issue. But I'll be first in line for that game!

i'm so looking forward to it. especially since 2 of my friends and I enjoyed playing the gamecube one. it'll be such fun though its been awhile since I played. i might need a toddler mode training to figure it out again!

Not just the game cube one. My friends and I used to play on the Nintendo 64! Those were the best games.

I used to play WoW, then gave it up for a while, then started playing again over a year later, and gave it up again about 3-4 months ago. I just don't have time anymore  It's for the best though, I suppose. It really is an addicting game. I'd wake up on a weekend, play it, then go to bed, wake up, and do it all over again.
The Wii won't be worth playing until the new Super Mario Smash Bros game comes out and/or they make a new Mario Kart for it.
