I missed this thread! lol

Lets see, I guess I would have to say that I like just about anything that came off the grill. For true BBQing though, I have to admit that nothing beats a slow turned WHOLE pig! Yup, I am certainly a fan of an old fashioned pig roast.

For general grilling though, I always fancy a burger and some dogs but I love to eat me some medium rare steak tips! mmmmm

Marsha, brine the shrimp before you grill them. Gives you a larger window of time -- I've had too many over cooked grilled shrimp.

Have to agree charcoal in a Weber kettel. Though I do really like the looks of the grills that Smith & Wesson has put their name on. Wood chip fired fire box off to the side of a convection box. Check these out: Smith & Wesson Wood Pellet Smokers - Made in the USA - Smokin'
