Well guys, I'm moving back to Oklahoma, so..

Back to my crocodilians and turtles.

I am making a trip to San Antonio to visit some family and to pick up one of my motorcycles, and I'm wanting to herp the Brazos Bend. I was wondering if anyone would be up to that sometime next month or in August?

Just a heads up on some things.

lmao....its not hard to find gators there,,,just walk around the lake...I bet last time I was there, we must have seen 50+,,or more..

. Let me know if you head that way, Its not far from me.

Norman is great - Go Sooners! Make sure you get a frozen custard from Rusty's!! We are in south central Oklahoma, a little northwest of Ardmore. We live in a rural area. So the youngest of our group has access to alot of wildlife, but the herps are his favorite. Of course copperheads & cottonmouths are common in our area, so I am a bit overprotective. We are learning though. Merlin told me about a herp expo coming up in July in OKC if you are interested in that type of thing. Good luck at getting settled in!

Yeah, I went to the expo there every year back in the day. A few friends of mine Set up tables there. Jim is usually in the far corner on the same side as the doors and Brian switches. But he owns alligator alley.
