oh the excitement, every year about this time we start finding black snakes, BIG ONES and today my dad spotted the first snakezilla of the year, and im expected to catch it, i missed this one as I wasnt outside and he went back in our hay barn, its reported he was about 6 ft long and about the size of my forearm, thisd isnt the biggest I have had to face but hes still a biggen, efvery year at least 3 times I am catching and driving down the road and releasing black snakes in order to protect oiur chickens as sometimes they try to eat the actual chickens instead of just ewggs and usually unless they get a banty the chickens wont fit but they manage to kill them and eat the babies if they can, i love the snakes but I dont enjoy burying half eaten chickens. so now I am on the lookout for my first snake of the year! i tried to keep one once......he escaped into the house, gramma wasnt thrilled
