I'm assuming you live in southern Florida? It looks to me to be a neonate cuban treefrog (Osteopilus septentrionalis), and a rather thin one at that.

Yes, I live in South FL near the East Coast. If this is a Cuban treefrog it is the smallest one I've ever seen.

He definately looks cuban to me, he's just a little guy though. He probably was a tadpole not too long ago. Looks like he could use some food, do you still have him?

Yes, we still have him. My son is rather fond of him and since he's eating so well I suppose we could set up a nice little habitat for him. He has eaten a baby roach some mealworms and 1 waxworm.
