Brown Anole?

This fellow was living in the garden and parking lot of the Hampton Inn/Titusville where we stayed while visiting Kennedy Space Center. Isn't he gorgeous?

I looked in a guide of reptiles, and I think he's a brown anole. The guide said they were introduced to peninsular Florida from Jamaica, the Bahamas, and Cuba, and the range showed on the map included that area. So, someone who knows for sure, please tell me if he really is a brown anole...



Here's another one we saw at the Manatee Observation Area at Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge:

looks like a bahama anole, which yes is a brown anole subspecies
